Afshan is e2G’s leader who sets the pace. She creates a positive and fun environment that allows e2G to thrive. However, when it’s time for some heads down work, she’s like a saltwater crocodile sneaking into a farmer’s field to take down a buffalo. That extreme and unrelatable example aside, Afshan does promise big and deliver bigger, each and every time!

elevate2Great Solutions are Afshan’s brainchild and today her Coaching Fundamentals program is certified by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). Afshan is also one of International Customer Management Institute’s Top 25 Thought Leaders in North America. But does she have a sense of adventure? Well, the last time she went up the CN Tower she took the stairs….uh, yea.

Afshan is a proud member of Women Business Enterprises Canada (WBE) & the Greater Toronto Area Contact Centre Association (GTACC). She is also a contributing author to 3 books, one of which is an Amazon best seller!

With such a busy agenda you might wonder if Afshan is all work and no play? When Afshan is off the clock she’s a devoted supporter and season ticket holder of her hometown Argos and regularly attends concerts and comedy shows with her husband.

Behind the scenes here at elevate2Great we have a “quiet but mighty” project lead on everything from logistics and production to direction and branding. Her name is Melinda, and she is indispensable.

Melinda is hardwired to be the ultimate team player. Her collaborative and detail-oriented nature makes her a perfect fit to run production for a team that never stops creating new solutions to client challenges.

Prior to joining us, Melinda was an Art Director, Product Designer, as well as a Freelance Illustrator. She is incredibly gifted, incredibly creative, has more talent than all of us combined, and since we’re being honest with one another here, we are very fortunate she finds working with us stimulating enough😊

When the closed sign is hanging on her office door, Melinda absolutely loves getting outdoors. She is at her happiest when she’s at the cottage, whether out on the water, hiking in the forest or putting oil paint to canvas. Oh….and she proudly DOES NOT go to any gym of any kind (so there, Trish!)

Debbie has this amazing energy that brightens up a room, whether in-person or online. We are so happy she plays on our team. Her superpower is collaborating with others to create high energy and engaging work environments that improve the customer and employee experience.

She brings 30+ years of experience in leading contact centers in transportation, telecommunications, and finance here in Canada and around the world. Yea, we know, she’s done it all.

Her secret coaching sauce (which won’t be a secret after we tell you) is she dips into her vast experience to help others achieve their goals, both personally and professionally. Her specialties include strategy, coaching, customer experience, process optimization, business transformation, and people and culture.

Debbie’s all about giving back and is an active board member at ContactNB. She lives on the beautiful east coast of Canada and loves taking long walks on the beach. You can also find her working up a sweat on the hiking trail or doing her best Tour de France impression. Away from home, cruising is Debbie’s thing…. if she isn’t cruising, she’s planning her next one!

Laura is our quintessential Master Coach who is adored near and far. She is, without a doubt, a fan favorite when running workshops. Laura brings our clients terrific energy and a skillful mix of experience in Sales, Project Management, and Call Center Operations.

In her long and storied career, Laura has had the privilege of working with hundreds of clients. Her goal is always the same….she doesn’t quit until she has elevated each and every one of her folks from good to great!

Laura’s education is extensive, and e2G only benefits from it. She holds a degree in Business Administration, various certifications in Instructional Design and Training, and she even has a Green Belt in Lean Six Sigma that she applies in her personal and business life.

A fashion girlie at heart, Laura would trade sleeping for shopping any day of the week and twice on Sunday. Similar to another beloved team member, Laura absolutely adores cruising the world’s oceans. When she isn’t on the runway or the gangway, she loves being a Theater Mom to her future Broadway star!

Trish is one of our cherished thought leaders and an indisputable coaching guru. In addition to her strengths in those fields, she is equally adept on the creative side, leveraging her skill in visual storytelling to build impressive content, including e2G’s own website!

Over the years, she has lead teams in telecommunications, consumer electronics, transportation, and financial services. Trish has been in contact centers most of her career and attributes some of her most important lessons to time spent on the production floor. From putting out ‘fires’ to fixing processes to developing people – Trish excels in fast-paced constantly changing environments. A certified Green Belt in Lean Six Sigma, our highly energetic brainstormer extraordinaire makes things happen!

When Trish isn’t plying her trade at e2G you will most likely find her at a Combat, Spin or Yoga class. However, if you asked her, she would be the first to admit she’s not exactly a fitness nut. She would happily tell you that she eats cookies for dinner far too often!

Charlie Munger, the late great vice chairman of Berkshire Hathaway, once said “I think a life properly lived is just learn, learn, learn, all the time”. This quote nicely sums up how Jason approaches life, and particularly his role as CFO of elevate2Great.

While he may go by the title ‘The Numbers Guy’, we’ve dubbed him ‘The Numbers Ninja’ for his unmatched ability to keep us on track and in compliance while adding a dose of adventure.

With a sharp mind for numbers, an uncanny photographic memory and his extensive travel experience, Jason brings a unique blend of skills to the table. His knack for solving technical issues, coupled with experience in voiceovers and podcast production, adds immense value to our dynamic team.

When his e2G hat is hanging in the closet he enjoys golf, cycling and live music! Saving the best for last, Jason’s sun rises and sets with his immensely talented wife Afshan, their beautiful family, including two very high maintenance, very lovable fur-balls named Frankie & Maui.

Alia is another critical piece of our elevate2Great puzzle! Her strategic recommendations have accelerated and improved project outcomes. This was apparent during our intensive Learning Management System migration and the development of our AI tool. When it comes time to roll up her sleeves, she is all in from thoughtfully responding to client needs, providing insightful research, facilitating process mapping and iterative product development as well as challenging assumptions to create better outcomes.

Before elevate2Great, Alia worked for North America’s largest urban innovation hub, MaRS Discovery District. She helped scale entrepreneurial thinking to corporate innovators and led the redesign of early-stage startup service model and delivery. We were very fortunate to find her when we did; talent like hers doesn’t come around very often.

When Alia is off the clock, she enjoys spending time throwing new shapes in the pottery studio or going on wild adventures with Dungeons & Dragons. She also regularly enjoys exploring the city’s hidden gems whether it be a new restaurant, an art gallery or indie theatre.
