THE CHALLENGE

TELUS’ executive team was looking to get everyone rowing in the same direction. Confusion around competing priorities, inconsistencies in achieving intended outcomes, and a disconnect between senior leaders and coaches jeopardized their success in achieving “Services 2.0” – an innovative initiative to redefine service excellence.
